Product Guarantee, Refunds & Return

All download orders carry a 30 day refund guarantee if the product fails to load. Simply contact us via email with the nature of the problem, if we cannot sort it out to your satisfaction we will refund the purchase price back to your credit card at the discretion of the Company Management.

All CD-ROM orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. All CD-ROM orders carry a 30 day replacement product guarantee (excluding shipping costs) if the product fails to load. Simply return the CD-ROM in a re-saleable condition to the address supplied with the product stating the reason for the return. We will either re-supply a working CD-ROM or a refund will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

In the unlikely event of a Download not being automatically made available due to a technical fault or error, we will either rectify the fault or e-mail your background sets to you directly.

In the unlikely event of a CD-ROM not being delivered within an acceptable length of time. The CD-ROM's will be re-shipped again at the discretion of the Company Management. However we cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs in various countries. Please note that these are typical shipping times and take no account of weekends or holidays.
