Q: What do you mean by use your "Creative Licence"?
Our Creative Licence is our expertise and experience. We have used PowerPoint to create templates and presentations for many years. We know what will not only look good on a computer screen, but will also look awesome when projected many times bigger than your screen. We know what makes a good presentation. We know what makes a good template. So it's generally best to leave the design of the templates up to us!
Q: I really want one particular "stock background" that you make, but the overall color of the background is red. I really would like it in blue. Can you help?
Yes, We can normally turn around these orders on the same day, certainly within 24 hours. Just tick Yes for the "Change Color of existing background" box on the custom backgrounds order form. Enter the description of the background in the box provided and enter the new color you would like the background changed to.
Q: I have an idea in my mind of how I wish my template to look, is it possible to email this idea to you, and you just make the background up for me?
Yes, that's certainly possible. Of course you will still need to actually place an order, just tick the "Use your creative licence" box, and then email us shortly after placing the order.
Q: I've read through your website about custom backgrounds. I would definitely like one making, but I only have physical photos of the image I would like included on the template. Can you accept actual photos?
Yes, we can accept physical photos, so long as the size is no bigger than US-Letter Size or A4-UK, which is 210mm x 197mm. The only drawback for yourself is that it adds to the design time, while we wait for the mail. Also there is the issue of photos going missing in the mail. We cannot be held responsible for photos that are lost by means beyond our control.
